Athlete Membership

Documents needed for Membership Application

· Identification

A copy of your current government-issued identification (National Identification Card, passport, or new driver’s license).

The ID must be valid, must list the athlete’s full name and date of birth and must be listed in roman characters.

Minors must upload their birth certificate.

· Recent Photo

Your recent passport-style photo taken in front of a plain white background. No hats, sunglasses or other non-religious covering.

Terms and Conditions

All applications must always abide by the terms and conditions.

Payment

Processing Fee: MUR 200

To validate your membership, you must pay by:

· Cash (Directly to Federation's office)

· Internet Banking/ Bank Transfer

Kindly note that the Federation must receive the relevant processing fee within 3 business days else your membership application will be automatically rejected.

After making the relevant payment by Internet Banking/ Bank Transfer, kindly send a screenshot (proof of payment) on WhatsApp +230 5453 0083.
